On Thursday, March 27th, the Southside High School Varsity Wind Ensemble band performed in UIL concert and sight reading assessment. The band earned a “1st division: superior” rating from each judge, completing the year-long quest for the varsity “sweepstakes” award (with earning the superior rating in fall 2023 marching band).
