Ghiniva Phillips is a 1st-year teacher at Losoya Middle School. She teaches 6th grade World Cultures and coaches basketball, soccer, and track. She has done an amazing job in motivating our students, and building relationships with both students and colleagues. She is always enthusiastic, outgoing, and a joy to watch teach. She has a passion for learning and is always looking for ways to improve her teaching skills and create fun, engaging activities for her students to participate in. Thank you, Ms. Phillips.
Marisol Ordonez Garcia is a 6th-grade student at Losoya Middle School. She is an outstanding, model student who always gives 100% effort in all of her work, is able to apply her learning to real-world applications, and often goes beyond the assigned work to offer deeper, greater insights into the subject. She is respectful, attentive, and always ready to participate. Marisol is one of our top Accelerated Reader students and currently has over 90 points. Great job Marisol!
