Southside High School Band Wins UIL Sweepstakes Awards

The Southside High School varsity wind ensemble performed at Southwest High School in UIL Concert and Sight Reading contest. We are proud to report that the band earned the top possible rating of “straight 1s” from every judge. Congratulations band on earning the UIL Sweepstakes award! Additionally, the Southside High School non-varsity symphonic band earned the best possible rating of “straight 1s” on their UIL concert and sight reading UIL performances. Congratulations Cardinals!
