Families who live in the Southside ISD boundaries can now register for the San Antonio Food Bank food distribution happening at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at Pearce Elementary. Families must pre-register by clicking on this link and providing the requested information. On October 24 the Food Bank sent families the following:
- chicken fajita strips
- canned chicken
- eggs
- pork patties
- beans, carrots, apples, and pears
- orange juice
- yogurt
- fresh mozzarella cheese (good for quesadillas)
Families who live outside of the Southside ISD should call the San Antonio Food Bank at 210-431-8300 to find the distribution site nearest your home.
