Southside ISD successfully hosted its annual Back to School Bash event Wednesday, August 2nd, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Several thousand people showed up to the event, where they received free school supplies, backpacks, and vaccines while supplies lasted. Barbers and beauticians provided free haircuts and styling to students. Delicious food and mangonadas were also given to the Southside community. Southside ISD is a growing school district in south San Antonio and Bexar County. We are proud to be able to grow community partnerships with both public sector leaders and area businesses. The goal for all of here is to provide a safe and excellent education for ALL of our students at all times. We the help of our Cardinal staff and neighbors we are all Soaring together and gearing up for an amazing new school year!
