The STEAM Academy has become an amazing summer tradition at Southside ISD. This year students from 3rd to 6th grade picked a different section of Fiesta and, as a team, designed, built, and constructed an entire representation of a Fiesta event like the night parade and NIOSA. It was an excellent experience for these students to work together with their peers and then come together and put them all together. This program is only three weeks long, but the hard work and dedication put into these projects were greatly showcased.
