Parents the next district packet collection will be May 7th. We will be doing it in the same way as before from 10 am -2pm and 5:30pm-7:00pm.
The work completed by our students is important and valued by the district. Therefore, we have developed two options for the drop-off of Packet #3. For safety measures sending in the work virtually to the teacher is preferred but we realize that may not work for everyone. Below outlines the two options.
Physical packet drop-off:
When: Thursday, May 7th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm; evening 5:30 pm -7:00 pm
Where: All Campuses except Menchaca. Menchaca work can be dropped of at any elementary campus
How: Plastic bins will be placed in the drive-through area of each campus.
Virtual packet send in option:
As work is completed, parents are encouraged to:
- Take a picture of it and send the picture to the teacher’s email, Remind, Class Dojo.
- Scan the work and email it to the teacher.
Parents, packet 3 instructional materials will be available only online after April 21st. Check with your student’s teacher for details.
High Tech
The high tech lessons will be available in Google Classroom. Students will access and complete work in the virtual environment.
Low Tech
The low tech choice boards will be posted on the district website, with the option to print. Activities are done outside of Google Classroom.
