On Saturday, October 20, 2018, the Southside High School Mighty Cardinal Band competed in UIL marching contest at Judson High School. The band gave a great performance and earned the top overall rating possible of “1: Superior”. This is a coveted award and the highest ranking a band can get in UIL. Our Mighty Cardinal Band has been practicing and working hard for months, rain or shine, to achieve this and it is well deserved. Congratulations to the band students on a job well done!
