Southside ISD Police help the community

You may want to thank Southside ISD Police Officers next time you see them. In keeping with their mission of serving and protecting, police officers turned out today to give back and pack and distribute food to about 200 families who live in the Southside ISD community. Officers arrived early to help unload a cargo truck from the San Antonio Food Bank. They then separated and packed the meat and vegetables and distributed the food. The officers say they were so happy to participate and give back to this community they love!
