2018-2019 Sports Physicals will be held at the Southside High School Competition Gym on Wednesday May 2, 2018 from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm. All Athletes will be seen on a first come first serve basis. Physicals offered to students wanting to participate in athletics. There will be a $20.00 cash only fee.
Per Southside Athletic Policy ALL High School athletes must have an updated physical every year to participate in any practice, before, during, or after school (both in-season and out-of season
games/matches.)
Middle School athletes must have an updated physical on file, no older than 1 year to participate in athletics at the middle school participation level, before they can participate in any practice, before, during or after school (both in-season and out-of season games/matches.)
