San Antonio Metro Health Dept., the YMCA, and El Carmen Wellness Center will be hosting a new diabetes education series from February 26th until April 2nd at El Carmen Wellness Center. The classes will be taught in English only. We would like to invite you or your family to sign up to attend this series. If you know of a community member who may be interested, please share this flyer with them.
The goal will be to have a minimum of ten participants in order to keep the class going. At the completion of the six classes, a free year-long membership to the YMCA will be earned. To sign up or for more information, Please Call: (210) 207-8802. Thank you!
