We did it! The state assessment ratings are in and Freedom Elementary went from an F rated campus to a B! We couldn’t be more proud of the hard work from our students and staff. We pushed our students and challenged them everyday, and they did not give up. Even on the skirt tails of covid they rose above all the challenges and made tremendous growth and gains. To celebrate, all students received a popcorn treat on Friday, August 26th. As an extra bonus to our 4th and 5th graders who took the STAAR test last year, they got to enjoy their popcorn with fun toppings of their choice, such as M&M’s, gummy bears, and sprinkles. We could not be more proud of our Freedom Students! Keep up the great work!
Collective Resumes
What better way to kick off the new school year than getting to know one another. At Freedom, our teams came together to celebrate their accomplishments and achievements. They gathered and shared their years of experience, certifications, degrees, skills and special strengths. All together, our teachers and staff bring 587 years of experience to our campus! It was a perfect activity to start the new year, but it was also a great way to remind our teachers what they bring to our students each and every day.
