Southside ISD Education Foundation Honors Top Campus Students

An initiative of both the Superintendent and the Southside ISD Education Foundation (SEF) is an incentive to honor outgoing students from each campus. This initiative has become a tradition for students, and they will each receive a computer as recognition for this academic achievement. The computers are purchased through fundraising efforts by SEF. Academic growth has been evident across all spectrums at SISD since this initiative was started.

During the May board meeting, Southside ISD recognized these students and gave them their new computers. Congratulations to each of these students for their continued hard work and dedication!

End of Year Celebration

We invite all of our Southside community to come out and celebrate our Cardinal Students as they wrap up an amazing school year for the End of Year Celebration on Wednesday, May 24th at 5:00 pm at SHS Auditorium and Cafeteria!
Join us for student performances, games, food, and more! This event is FREE and open to the public.

Southside HS Red Jackets Dance Team to Host Dance Clinic

The Southside High School Red Jackets Dance Team will be hosting three dance clinics in April for middle school and elementary students! $25.00 provides your dancer with a commemorative t-shirt, the dance clinic which will include dance techniques, a routine, and an invitation to dance in the stands with the Red Jackets at a football game in the Fall.
