This week’s student spotlight in Alayna Montelongo, a third grade student here at Heritage Elementary. Her teacher, Ms. Tapia, describes Alayna as someone who is helpful, follows directions, and goes above and beyond in everything she does. Alayna is also known for having integrity and sticking up for others. Her favorite thing about school is that she loves learning. We are proud to have someone with such strong character traits representing our school!

This week’s staff spotlight is Mr. Felix Hernandez.  Mr. Hernandez is our new custodian to Heritage Elementary. He is always ready and excited to lend a helping hand wherever he is requested.  His expertise in best practices and approaches to keeping our school in top shape has helped the entire custodial staff to be more efficient in performing their duties. Many staff members have complimented on the thoroughness and attention to detail that Mr. Hernandez puts in everything he does.  We are so delighted he has joined our team.  Welcome to Heritage!
