Students from Mrs. Villareal’s LID class participated in the special Olympics basketball team.

Students in Mrs. Moreno’s 4th grade class using the school wide attendance trackers to track their attendance. Students are able to see and reflect on their attendance weekly. We love to see everyone’s smiling faces everyday. Attendance matters! Additionally, students who are in attendance every day in a week receive a golden ticket, which they get to shop the golden ticket concession stand at the end of month with. Only golden tickets are accepted at the concessions.

Students getting pumped for Tuesday’s Reading STAAR test with the SHS drumline. We know Pearce students have what it takes to pass the test!! All students and staff really enjoyed themselves with student and staff performances, cheers, games, and dancing.

This week our Go Green club received a lesson on the basics of gardening, presented by volunteers from the Master Gardeners Program. We are grateful to these wonderful volunteers for sharing their expertise with our school garden and providing a hands on activity where students planted basil seeds to take home.

The Pearce Choir got the opportunity to perform at the Spurs game on Friday March 21st. We are honored to have been included at this event. Thank you Spurs!
