Congratulations to our students who had perfect attendance for the whole semester! They got to attend a field trip to LEGOLAND downtown and received a coupon to return again for free with their parents. Way to go little cardinals and keep up the great work!

STAAR testing could not run as smoothly as it does without our wonderful testing coordinator! Ms. Scott, our assistant principal, works hard to make sure that the testing environments are quiet for students to focus, testing signs are placed in the correct areas, and most importantly that every teacher has their correct testing materials!

1st graders are hatching something exciting, in about 18 to 21 days! What a fun addition to their Animal Life Cycles Unit!

Students from Mrs. Villareal’s LID class participated in the special Olympics basketball team.

Students in Mrs. Moreno’s 4th grade class using the school wide attendance trackers to track their attendance. Students are able to see and reflect on their attendance weekly. We love to see everyone’s smiling faces everyday. Attendance matters! Additionally, students who are in attendance every day in a week receive a golden ticket, which they get to shop the golden ticket concession stand at the end of month with. Only golden tickets are accepted at the concessions.
