Congratulations to our percussion section in their competition on Saturday September 25th. Out of all the A school competing, Southside was recognized as “Outstanding Percussion”
This month, September 15th through October 15th, Southside ISD is excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Throughout this month at the district, we will explore and recognize the history of our students, staff, and teachers of Hispanic heritage. This is a rich opportunity for the district to honor Hispanic culture and appreciate our culturally diverse community.
End of Course Tutoring has started at the high school! Take advantage of the small group learning opportunities to get prepared for the End of Course Exam. Open to all students currently in Algebra 1, Biology, English 1, English 2, and US History or students who need to retake the EOC to meet requirements for graduation.
