Summer Movie Nights Are Back!

(San Antonio, TX) – Thanks to Amerigroup and HEB, Summer Movie Nights are back once again! Bring your family and spend some time watching family-friendly movies under the stars at the SHS Stadium Jumbotron. Bring your blankets, folding chairs, ice chests, and snacks to enjoy your movie with. The movies will start on June 16th at 8:00 pm. The event is free and features free books for summer reading, free hotdogs, and popcorn while supplies last.  Concessions and Kono Ice will be there on all four movie nights. Door Prizes! Win HEB-funded items and more!

Celebrating Our 2022 Top 10%

On Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 Southside High School in partnership with the Southside ISD Education Foundation hosted an Inaugural Top 10% Banquet to celebrate this amazing achievement for our graduates. The event was started with a moment of silence for the tragic events that unfolded at Uvalde earlier that day. At this banquet each student and their guests enjoyed dinner, videos, and a word from Southside ISD superintendent, staff and the Board of Managers. The event was a beautiful celebration of our students success – each student was provided a gift and goodie bag from the Southside ISD Education Foundation.

It was unveiled at the end of the event that there will be a billboard off 410 with Southside HS 2022 Top 10 Graduating Seniors. Congratulations to all of our 2022 Southside High School Graduates!
