Go Green Club takes on Palo Alto

The Go Green club visited Palo Alto College. The students got to learn more about the community garden, student garden, as well as the campus greenhouse. The Palo Alto Community Garden is open to the public and all produce is free to the community. It is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 11 AM.

Bonnie Cabbage Program

Third grade is participating in the Bonnie Plants Third Grade Program. Each 3rd grade student received a cabbage plant to take home with instructions. Students are eligible to win $1,000. More information can be found at: bonniecabbageprogram.com

Pearce Sweethearts with a Cause

Pearce Sweethearts had a blast at our annual Valentine’s SockHop Dance! Food, fun, and friends all together under one roof!  Admission was one pair of socks we will be donating to the Daughters of Charity. We chose the Daughter of Charity as it is an organization that gives back to our very own community. Together we raised 303 pairs of socks!

Build It Club!

Students in grades 3rd-5th participate in activities in which they build and create structures out of various materials. Students pictured enjoyed creating structures out of legos. The club meets once a month with Mrs. Rubio and Mrs. Alvarez.
