Our Pearce Cardinal Spotlight Staff Member of the Week is Ruby Castaneda. She can always be found spreading cheer among our students and staff. Whether she is welcoming students in the morning, working with students in the gym during PE. or coaching intramural soccer or volleyball, she is dedicated to supporting our children. The Pearce Cardinal Spotlight Student of the Week is math whiz Beau Payton. From Go-Kart racing to raising show pigs, this fourth grader’s talents extend to all areas of his life. Beau’s favorite school subjects are math and science so it’s no wonder he excels in both. Outside of school Beau is a natural on the baseball field playing 3rd base and he is a Junior member in Southside FFA. Whether he is working hard on his academics, being a great friend, or hitting a triple during the weekend’s baseball game, Beau loves a challenge and brings his best to all he does. We are so proud of you Beau!
