Dr. Seuss Week: February 25 – March 1, 2019
We will be celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday with a whole week of Dr. Seuss fun!
Monday: “One Fish, Two Fish” – Wear something red or blue!
Tuesday: “The Cat in the Hat” – Wear stripes and/or your favorite hat!
Wednesday: “Wacky Wednesday” – Get wacky! Wear your clothes backwards, inside out, or mismatched!
Thursday: “Green Eggs and Ham” – Wear something GREEN!
Friday: “The Lorax” – Wear a silly mustache!
Dinosaur’s are not extinct next week as Menchaca is holding their first Book Fair!!! The Book Fair will be open starting on Monday, February 11th – 15th from 7:00-2:30 with extended hours on Wednesday until 6:30 during the Valentine’s Dance. Be sure to stop by and have a dino-mite time.
Menchaca Rodeo Week: 2/4 – 2/8
Monday: Wear a cowboy/girl hat
Tuesday: Wear a neckerchief or bandana
Wednesday: Wear Spurs shirt or accessory
Thursday: Wear 100th day of school attire
Friday: Wear best rodeo outfit
