Per state law, hearing and vision screenings are required for all pre-k students enrolled in our school. We would normally do this during the school day at school, but due to virtual learning, we ask you to bring your child to the school for these screenings.
The screening schedule is by classroom and is the following:
Monday, September 14
08:00-0930: D. Esparza & M. Van Bibber
10:00-11:30: D. Escobar & V. Guerra
12:30-2:00: D. Jaquez & M. Perez- Huerta
2:00-3:30: K. Arocha- Arriaga & K. Dean
Tuesday, September 15
08:00-09:30: S. Escobar & M. Sandoval
10:00-11:30: M. Trinidad & A. Benavidez
12:30-2:00: M. Guillen & A. Ortiz
2:00-3:30: H. Guerrero
The screenings will be held in the gym, please drive to the back of the school to the bus loop. We will do a covid screening done at the car before your student is brought into the building by a staff member. Your child will have a sticker and you will receive a corresponding paper for identification purposes. We will be following social distancing guidelines and students must wear a mask. Our staff will be wearing masks and face shields, hand sanitizer will be used, and all equipment and surfaces will be wiped down between each student. We ask that parents remain in their vehicles while their child is being screened.
