Christ is offering FREE vaccines to all students, staff, and family members. University Health is offering vaccines FREE for Medicaid/CHIP/Uninsured students and those with in-network insurance. 
Appointments are REQUIRED.

*Choose your date of choice (April 14 or May 19) and make your appointment

*Parents do NOT need to be present IF the school has a signed consent form.
