Dear Parents and Guardians,
The safety of our students and families is our top priority. To keep traffic off the major highway and ensure a smoother process, we are implementing a new drop-off and pick-up procedure starting Thursday, August 28th.
New Process
All morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups will take place by driving through the bus area and around the school.
Morning Drop-Off: 6:40 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. (Single car line)
Afternoon Pick-Up: 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Single car line)
Special Notes
- If you have a scheduled meeting or conference during these times, please enter through the employee entrance and park in the employee parking lot.
- Parents of students with special needs will continue using the employee entrance for drop-off and pick-up, as long as bus traffic is not disrupted. These parents will receive a specific pass.
- In the event of torrential rain, we will temporarily revert to the previous procedure until a more permanent road is developed behind the campus. Parents will be notified if this change occurs.
