Multicultural Fair 2017
Freedom held its annual Multicultural Fair today. Each class researched a different country and designed a presentation around the information that was discovered. Each class then took a tour of three or more countries around the school. Presentations included music, traditional dress, food, language, etc. The students had a great time, and learned a thing or two, to boot!
2017 Senior Walk at Freedom
Seniors from Southside High School, dressed in cap and gown, took their final walks down memory lane, through the halls of Freedom Elementary. They shook hands and gave high-fives all the way down the halls as Freedom students cheered and even threw confetti to make for a very festive event!

A Fond Farewell to ONE GREAT TEACHER
Freedom Pre-Kinder teacher, Terry Garza, is retiring after 31 years of teaching! Family and friends recently gathered to wish her a great retirement.
She is one of the best teachers that has ever walked the halls of Freedom. We wish her well on her next adventure in life!
