A first-year medical student from San Antonio recently visited Southside ISD to support student health awareness. Youssef Errihani, who also serves as an ambassador for Beyond Type 1, stopped by to provide informational posters in both English and Spanish focused on recognizing the signs and symptoms of diabetes.
These materials are designed to help raise awareness for individuals who may be undiagnosed and encourage early detection. Southside ISD appreciates the partnership and the opportunity to share important health resources with students, staff, and families.
