It is almost time for the Fiesta, and what better way to celebrate one of San Antonio’s traditions than by bringing back a Southside Tradition: the Fiesta medal competition.
Each school competed for the coveted prize of being this year’s Southside ISD Fiesta medal image. All the campuses entered their winners, and the judges selected the winners from those contestants.
Below are each of the campus winners. 11th grader Osbaldo Garza submitted this year’s Southside ISD District Fiesta Medal winner. Congratulations!
Mr. Garza’s image will be the official medal for 2025! Our second-place winner is Camryn Cervera, 5th grade. Camryn’s medal will be the Southside ISD Education Foundation medal for Fiesta. Medals will go on sale soon. Stay tuned for more information.
