Southside High School athlete Crissangel Avitua caught the attention of Our Lady of the Lake University distance coach Jose Zarate, earning him a spot on the track team. To celebrate this achievement, Southside ISD hosted a signing ceremony on Wednesday, February 26th, where Avitua officially committed to OLLU.
