(San Antonio,TX) – Southside ISD is very excited that Freedom Elementary is SO close to the next Read to the Final Four Challenge round! The Read to the Final Four team will visit the Freedom campus soon to reveal the Top 8 schools moving on, and students and teachers are giving their all in these final days!
To make their last push, Freedom has a Readathon on Monday—the final day to log minutes! Students will enjoy special guest readers, lots of fun reading activities throughout the day, and a picnic reading session outside. But this weekend, parents can help their students read, and those minutes count! If you are not a student at Freedom, your reading minutes do not count, but we can ALL pick up a book and support them. Reading is important at every age! We wish Freedom Elementary the best of luck, and we will let everyone know what happens next week when the Read to the Final Four team comes to visit! Good Luck Freedom!
