Southside AV Students Get Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Frost Bank Center

Southside High School AV students toured the Frost Bank Center, home of the San Antonio Spurs, for a behind-the-scenes look at NBA game production. They learned how every detail, from setup to the final buzzer, is carefully planned, and how adaptability is key during live events. The students explored various production roles, saw how these skills apply to other events like soccer games and concerts and were impressed by the scale of operations, including the six-hour clean-up after events. The experience deepened their understanding of teamwork and flexibility, inspiring them to apply these lessons to their own AV projects.
