Southside ISD employees with minor injuries, need a COVID vaccine, a physical or a well women’s visit, can now drop by the Susan Hall Clinic at no cost,  no co-pay and no deductible. “I like the fact that there’s no cost,” said Matthey Middle School principal Mr. Miguel Martell about his recent visit. The middle school administrator stopped by because of persistent knee pain. The treatment he received was better than what he expected. “It’s very convenient. You go in and take care of the appointment and don’t have to worry about a bill.

Southside ISD’s one-thousand employees can now be treated during work hours without clocking out; as long as their supervisor is notified and approves the clinic visit. Human Resources Executive Director echoed Martell’s sentiment. “It was great. Easy. I would definitely go back. It was amazing,” she said.

The clinic is now open and operating hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon.

District teachers, custodians, maintenance workers, bus drivers, and staff are encouraged to drop by the clinic during the grand reopening on Friday, January 13 from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.

The Clinic can be reached at 210-899-1146. Parking is behind the Administrative Offices by entering through the main entraince at Southside High School.
