FREE High-Speed Internet for Eligible Families

Operation Connectivity was formed in May of 2020 as a joint effort between Governor Greg Abbott, the Texas Legislature, the Texas Education Agency (TEA), DISD, and ESC REgion 4. The purpose of this joint effort is to connect Texas’s 5.5 million public school students with an e-learning device and reliable internet connection sufficient for learning. Southside ISD is partnering with TEA Connect for eligible families to receive FREE High-Speed Internet at home. Cardinal nation your child and family may qualify for no-cost, high-speed internet through TEACT.
