Attention parents of students attending in-person summer school
Community Labs will be offering free COVID testing for in-person learners during summer school 2021. If you would like for your child to participate in this opportunity, please fill out and sign the attached consent form and return it to the school nurse ASAP. The COVID testing schedule for in-person summer school students and Southside ISD employees will be as follows:
