Southside ISD Hosting 2 BIG Vaccine Clinics
The Southside Independent School District is hosting two big vaccine clinics targeting anyone 12 and older. These clinics are happening as the Centers for Disease Control finds increased hospitalizations for people 12 to 17 and reinforces the need for COVID vaccinations.
The two clinics are happening:
- Sunday, June 6, 8 am-2 pm, Lozano Professional Development Center, 1680 Martinez Losoya Road, walk-ups are welcome, or parents may pre-register https://forms.gle/
XU3HXymiSH98j8Ls7 Everyone vaccinated receive Free tickets to Fiesta Texas on their first and second visits. They will also be entered to win Bluetooth speakers and headphones. Additionally, the first 200 families will receive a bag of farm-fresh produce. - Monday, June 7, Menchaca Early Childhood Center, 16180 U.S. Highway 281 South, 8 am to Noon, walk-up vaccine clinic. The American Heart Association offers fun cooking demonstrations, discount coupons for food, and you can register your children to attend Pre-K and Kindergarten.
These COVID vaccine clinics are free and open to anyone.
