H-E-B, the San Antonio-based supermarket company, has honored Southside ISD fourth grade student, Itzel Soto. H-E-B presented the Heritage Elementary student with a gift basket and custom-made H-E-B name tag after she became a finalist in the DHF/UTSA Mission to Mars art contest. Itzel’s drawing features an H-E-B grocery store on Mars. H-E-B liked the idea so well, the store’s corporate executives presented Itzel with a basket of fun treats and snacks that she can share with her family and friends. Thank you H-E-B for providing one of our students a day she will remember forever.
