A team of nurses and administrators from Southwest General Hospital vaccinated 200 Southside ISD employees and community members. Southwest General Hospital connected with the school district during the groundbreaking for the Alamo Colleges Southside Education and Training Center. The Southwest General Hospital team, comprised of two administrators and two nurses, went from campus-to-campus vaccinating staff and community members at each location.
“We feel fortunate to have an amazing and generous partner such as Southwest General Hospital. Their actions show how much they care for our community,” said Superintendent of Schools Mr. Rolando Ramirez.
