The Southside Independent School District has announced its plan to distribute devices to students. Moving forward, the district will be operating on one-to-one system.
This means that every student will have a device that only they will use.
Menchaca Early Childhood Center & All Elementary Students will be able to pick up their device via drive through from their campus across three days, August 11-13.
Menchaca Early Childhood Center Dates & Times
August 11 | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
August 12 | 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
August 13 | 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
All Elementary School Students Dates & Times
August 11 | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
August 12 | 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
August 13 | 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Middle School Students will be able to pick up their device via drive through from their campus across four days, August 11-14. August 15 (if needed)

August 11 | 10:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m.
August 12 | 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
August 13 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
August 14 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
*August 15 | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (if needed)
High School Students dates for device pick up will be in Alphabetical order August 13 (A-L) & August 14 (M-Z).
