Pearce Behavior Unit Teacher, Desiree Foreman, has a challenging job she makes look easy! Her commitment and dedication to helping students grow – personally, academically, and behaviorally – shows in the daily lessons, activities, schedules, and progress tracking she does with them. She is a resource on campus and an expert for dealing with challenging behaviors while still building relationships with students. Fernando Villa is a great role model and leader at Pearce Elementary. He is kind, responsible, respectful, and always willing to help. He loves sports, learning, laughing, expressing his creativity, and now fishing with family. He enjoys socializing with friends, being a student helper, and attends campus Spirit Nights. He always follows the Cardinal Way and has a heart of gold. Thank you, Fernando, for being such a sweet and amazing young man. You rock!
