Cardinal Spotlight Week of July 3: Freedom Elementary School

Viviann Aguillon challenges and encourages her students in amazing ways. She keeps learning fun, innovative and inspiring. Her 3rd grade team members love being able to collaborate with someone who loves sharing her ideas so freely.  She  is absolutely an incredible part of their team! This summer she served as a leader for developing technology lessons for the district and is identified as one of our LIT (Leaders Integrating Technology) teachers because her knowledge and use of technology in the classroom keeps students engaged and eager to learn.

Ethan Tejeda did an amazing job in 2nd grade.  He is a very hard worker and always gives his best.  He stayed an active learner during the school shutdown. He participated in class hangout sessions and completed all his online assignments.  Ethan was also a member of our Jr. Lighthouse student group where he helped with various projects and school functions.  He is kind, friendly, and strives to make good choices.  His hobbies include, playing video games, playing soccer, and riding his four-wheeler.  He loves his family and loves doing activities with them.  Keep up the great work Ethan!
