District of Innovation – Local Innovation Plan – Public Notice

The District is considering adopting an amendment to add an area of Innovation pursuant to the rules and regulations of the District of Innovation. The District intent to declare an exemption from the following statutory provision:
Preclusion from Exiting Uniform Group Coverage Program Established under Chapter 1579, Insurance Code. Exemption from TEC 22.004(i)
