Free Movie “Angst” Featuring Olympic Champion Oct.7th

Olympian and World Class Swimmer Michael Phelps is featured in “Angst.”  The less than one-hour feature film deals with the anxieties and pressures students of all ages are facing and dealing with today. Southside ISD has partnered with the Bexar County Psychiatric Society for Mental Health Awareness Week which is Sunday, Oct. 9th through Oct. 12th.  The film is free and open to all Southside ISD parents and community members. Several organizations will be on hand to offer services and information in counseling and behavioral health. The BO Psychiatric Society members and professionals will also be on hand offering help and resources for those who are interested.  It will be screened Oct. 7th at 6 pm at the Judith Lozano PDC Bldg.  There will be food provided for the event.
