In order to promote employee motivation and team building, each campus manager or assistant manager submits nominations for employees that go above and beyond their duties. In the CN office (supervisor, assistant director, and director) gather all nominations and selected one winner. Winners are selected every month and receive a certificate along with a $25 gift card that is donated and is recognized in front of their campus team. Principals are also notified.
