We WILL have school tomorrow, Nov. 14th. All students and staff are to report to school for normal hours.

Tuesday November 13, 2018, 9:00 AM – Southside ISD Families: Thank you for being patient with us this morning as the utility outage happened during the 6am – 7am hours, right at the start of our morning transportation routes for our PreK- 5th grades. CPS Energy is making Southside ISD a priority to restore heat services.  Please note, no students or property at Southside ISD was every in danger, the utility issue happened several miles off campus, but it did shut down access to heat to our campuses.

 ***Attention Basketball fans: All Southside Basketball games and practises HAVE NOT BEEN cancelled today Nov. 13th. Games are still on today as of now, if there are changes we will communicate via text, social media and the website. ***

Tuesday November 13, 2018, 8:00 AM – Parents: Due to a utility outage in South Bexar County, Southside ISD will not have school today Tuesday November 13, 2018.

Southside ISD is implementing a plan to get all students who need bus transportation home by 10 A.M. Tuesday morning, November 13.

Parents should report immediately to their child’s campus to pick them up if they do not ride school Transportation.

Last Updated! Tuesday November 13, 2018, 9:00 AM – To Employees:  All Employees essential to operations, transportation, facilities, athletics and departments called by Dr. Hayes are on duty today until a supervisor releases you or tells you otherwise.
Southside ISD is projected to have heat by noon today Tuesday November 13, but it will take several hours to restore the temperatures to an appropriate setting. Once heat is back on please keep an eye on website, email and text for reporting times to work tomorrow Wednesday Nov. 14th and when classes will start again.
