Amerigroup has sponsored 500 backpacks that will be given to the district’s pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students. The backpacks will be handed out to families following a Special Board of Managers Meeting and a Meet & Greet, Wednesday, August 1 at 6:00 p.m. at the Gallardo Elementary Cafeteria, 1300 Del Lago Pkwy. Backpacks are on a first-come basis and will be given to parents as they exit the meeting.
