2018-2019 school year begins Aug. 27
On Thursday February 15, the Southside ISD Board of Managers approved the 2018-19 academic school calendar with the first day of school being on Monday August 27.
Highlights of the 2018-19 Academic School Calendar include:
Thanksgiving Break: November 21-23, 2018
Winter Break: December 24-Jan. 4, 2019 with students returning on Jan 7.
Spring Break: March 11-15, 2019
Bad Weather Makeup days will be held on February 18 and/or June 7, 2019.
