On Wednesday, October 4 the newest inductees of the Southside HS National Honor’s Society(NHS) adopted a theme of empowerment for the 2017-2018 school year. Fifty-Six students were inducted into the high school’s chapter of NHS in an enchanting ceremony at the Southside High School Auditorium. Guest speakers Ashley Ramirez, Class of 2018, and Academic Dean Ms. Sance shared their message of empowering yourself.
