District Wide IP telephony upgrade by Affiliated Communications (Shoretel) Approved
Current SISD unified communications system has reached “end-of-life” stage. Meaning additional licenses, phones and maintenance can no longer be purchased for the current system.
For the continued safety, security, and essential communications for all students, staff, and teachers, it is imperative to upgrade the whole system including hardware, software, and applicable licenses.
Project would be to replace the District’s entire phone infrastructure with an updated and more reliable communications service. This contract is more than $50K.
