Fourth grade students Gilbert Huron and Eliana Bella were crowned king and queen for raising the most money to go towards a new playground at the school. The two students raised a combined total of nearly $850.
After the coronation, students participated in a parade with their hand-made floats. Students wound their way around the school and proudly displayed their floats.
Principal Brenda Gonzales is grateful to the parents who turned out to support their children and also help raise money to build a new playground.
