For the first time, student registration for Southside ISD’s students is going online. The process is easy and less time consuming, doing away with parents having to fill out forms multiple times, depending on how many of their children attend the school district.
To help us prepare for the upcoming school year Southside ISD is testing the new option at Pearce Primary beginning Monday April 3 for any new students registering for the 2016-17 school year. New students can click on the Parent Portal link on our homepage and sign up as New TxConnect User.
Parents registering online need: Immunization Record, Official Birth Certificate, Students Social Security Card, Proof of Residence (utility bill with physical address), Federal Assistance (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, WIC) and a Photo ID of the parent/guardian registering child.
If parents have no Internet access, they can visit the campus and register.
